Dave could be described as a financial whizzkid if he wasn't so old. As an original Thursday Nighter Dave has put in over fifteen years' dogged Thursday Night service. In that time he's supped the Robinsons, Boddingtons, Lees, Hydes, Holts, Chequers, Flowers and many more, never failing to finish on a couple of Guinness and a Drambuie chaser. Unfortunately the years have taken their toll - the time has gone when a gallon would barely wet his whistle. These days he has to think seriously before ordering that sixth pint, and debates the relative hangovers of bitter and lager before decking into a hard night's boozing. Shareholders in Guinness will be pleased to hear that his dedication to a pint or two of their brew at last orders remains unwavering. Shareholders of MediaVest, where Dave works, may be less thrilled by the 40% effort he puts in on a Friday.
